The Originals season 2 Update Mikael and Esther to return

The Mikaelson patriarch is back from the grave!actor Sebastian Roche will reprise his role as Mikael in the first five episodes of The Originals season 2. Roche revealed during an interview with the entertainment website that he knows he will return to the set of the CW spin-off series, even if his character was killed by his own son Klaus.

The French-Scottish actor joked, "When you have Originals in the title and you're Papa Original, I knew that eventually I was going to pop my head in."

The 50-year-old actor also shared that fans of the "Vampire Diaries" spin-off series will see a lot of epic confrontations, fueled by a longstanding rage between him and his hybrid sons Klaus, played by Joseph Morgan, and Elijah, portrayed by Daniel Gillies.

Also, Roche wants the fans to look forward to the reunion scenes between him and his wife Esther, portrayed by Alice Evans.

"I can't wait until they meet and find out they've both returned," he excitedly shared. "It will be quite interesting when Mikael finds out that he's surrounded by his entire family again. The emotional ramifications of that encounter will be fascinating. We don't know if she's going to come back as who he knew 1,000 years ago, but she's still the embodiment of his wife. She was someone that he loved deeply and she was torn away from him. Then he took the blame for her death, so of course it's going to be very emotional."

Esther returned to life using the body of a young witch. She will also take with her one of her sons, which could be either Finn or Kol.

Aside from the Mikaelsons, other characters from the show are also expected to have an exciting new season. This includes the possible loving relationship between Marcel, played by Charles Michael Davis, and Cami, portrayed by Leah Pipes. The return of "The Originals" for its second season is scheduled on Monday, Oct. 6 on The CW channel.

Happily, we see all of the single men in town Matt, Tyler, Jeremy, Alaric and Enzo but they're not moving quite fast enough keep Caroline from sprawling to the ground all by her lonesome. C'mon guys! Pick up the pace!

You can speculate on what it means when "all spell breaks loose" perhaps the spell protecting Mystic Falls will crumble sooner than expected. Or a spell freeing Damon and Bonnie is on the horizon. She's the witch; can she cast from the other side?

When you have Originals in the title and you're Papa Original, I knew that I was going to pop my head in eventually. It's very exciting especially because the first five episodes are pretty intense. "It's going to be quite epic. It's going to be an epic season, there's no question about it. We're in for quite a treat. It's going to be antagonistic, crazy, gothic, and we're in store for some amazing confrontations between Mikael and his sons.

Klaus has decided that he will only imagine a day when he'll be reunited with [Hope] while he destroys everyone keeping that child away from him so he will make everyone [pay]," the executive producer said. "Klaus has an agenda [and] he knows that of all the allies he could have, Marcel knows the city, knows the layout, the politics and Marcel back in the 1920s and '30s was able to take out the wolves. So if Klaus wants to deal with the Guerreras he'll need someone who knows how to do that," he added.

In the last season, Klaus was forced to give up his child with Hayley, in order to save baby Hope. He gave the baby to Rebekah, with the assistance of Marcel, with the Guerreras trying to sniff them out of New Orleans.

I said I want to be part of it as long as I know I could keep telling good stories and as long as the ensemble people that I work with want to be there and are committed and dedicated."

The AMC drama's new poster for Season 5 shows off Andrew Lincoln's Rick Grimes holding a very big gun, looking armed, dangerous and ready for anything next to the words "Hunt or Be Hunted." "Hunt" seems like one way to put it. This is a kill or be killed world now, and Rick Grimes has not chosen the latter in seasons past.

Typically, The Walking Dead every season key art shows a full-bodied Rick standing or on the move in some way. So it's interesting to see such a close-up shot of Rick Grimes' face. But maybe that's the point. Because, well, look at his face...

That is a man you really don't want to screw with. And some people may be learning that lesson the hard way when Season 5 kicks off. We are anticipating a brutal first six minutes after all. When Season 4 left off, Rick and most of his people had been corralled in a railroad car by the inhospitable people of Terminus. All signs point toward more conflict there when Season 5 resumes. The last episode of "Revenge" season 3 revealed a shocking revelation after David Clarke appeared. It was speculated that he will stir things up next season. The episode titles of season 4 hinted on what could be the plot next season, although the show runner has not confirmed anything.

The first episode is entitled "Renaissance," which means new life or rebirth. Emily Thorne has spent quite a long time in her alter ego and it is probably about time to go back to being Amanda Clarke. It could also mean a new chapter for the protagonist as she may try to rediscover herself and learn who she really is.

The second episode is entitled "Disclosure". It could mean disclosure between the father and daughter as they have a lot to disclose. Fans thought that Emily deserved an explanation as to why her father did what he did. There is a big chance that Emily will not take the news about her father being alive easily. Watch Revenge season 4 will return to ABC on September 28.
